We were very pleased with the technician and the services completed. We were surprised at how long it took for the carpet to dry. After hearing the commercials on the radio stating that it doesn't take as long to dry with the special water treatment. I thought the carpet was extremely wet and still had some wet spots the next morning.

Got the carpet cleaned quickly
I like that they dont use a lot of chemicals and the carpets aren't very wet when they are finished.
It was easy to set up an appointment and they got us in quickly. The technician was honest in his assessment of our carpet, preparing us for some stains to not come out fully. We were so pleased with the results! Even the tough stains showed a ton of improvement. Our living room is livable again.

Scott was on time, friendly and asked allot of questions to make sure I knew what would be going on. He did a great job and my carpets look great! I’m allergic to many chemicals and perfumes but my house smells great. No lingering odors. I would definitely hire Zerorez again.

The technicians called before they came as promised. They arrived and explained the process and were efficient. When they were done they went through the charges, we paid, they were gone and we went on with our day. Very pleasant guys and great experience.
