We’ve used Zerorez several times and I can’t see us stopping in the future. We moved into a house and two days before the actual move we realized the dog odor was stronger than anticipated. I have a dog allergy so we needed to do something fast. We called Zerorez with only 2 days notice and a short time window for them to provide services and they made it work! Scott came out and cleaned the carpets and the air ducts. He was so professional, kind and efficient I would highly recommend him. He even noticed extra spots we missed and provided treatment.
