Tyler did a great job on the carpets. They weren’t in bad condition, but had never been professionally cleaned. He seemed to truly enjoy his job. The only complaint I have is a very mild complaint. I wish he would’ve told me the landing below the steps was wet still so I could’ve wiped it it. It was quite wet after a couple hours when I went to leave the house. Maybe he didn’t even notice. But I’d definitely use zero Rez again if I need the carpets cleaned. Thanks!

Actually looks clean, dries fast, not crunchy after it dries. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. Was trying to up-sell but not in an off putting way, wasn’t putting pressure on me.

I have peace of mind it was done in a nontoxic process for our family and dog. I’m very satisfied and have scheduled more rooms to be done. I will be referring family and friends.

The on-line worksheet gives a fairly accurate estimate of cost. I’ve used Zerorez for previous and current home and this estimate matched closely to the tech’s price after their survey. I’ve read other reviews by customers that make it seem like Zerorez would find reasons to not support their on/line estimate and that scared me. However, if you’re honest about the amount of work you need done I seriously doubt the tech is going to be that much different.

We’ve used Zerorez several times and I can’t see us stopping in the future. We moved into a house and two days before the actual move we realized the dog odor was stronger than anticipated. I have a dog allergy so we needed to do something fast. We called Zerorez with only 2 days notice and a short time window for them to provide services and they made it work! Scott came out and cleaned the carpets and the air ducts. He was so professional, kind and efficient I would highly recommend him. He even noticed extra spots we missed and provided treatment. We’re so happy with Zerorez’s services and we highly recommend them!
