I appreciate that Zerorez doesn't use soaps and detergents to clean the carpet. I used to clean the carpeting myself and would use just hot water. I am glad to have a company in the Omaha area that I can trust my carpeting to and I no longer have to do the job myself.
Zerorez removed stains I gave up hope on ever getting clean! I cannot say enough about how positive my experience with my technician was.

I can't remember the guys name that came over but he did a great job and was very nice. He got out some stains that I didn't think would come out. He definitely did better then the first time I had your company.

Chris was wonderful! I wasn’t home when he cleaned our carpets but he called and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted cleaned, how the process went, and what stains he would be able to get out. We will defining use Zerorez again.
