The follow up to make sure we got the best possible results was great. We needed a second pass at a couple stains and Aaron came back to clean them up. The stains weren't even visible until the carpet dried, so he didn't miss anything - just one of those things that got pulled up from the padding. Great service!
I used Zerorez for the first time cleaning our carpets prior to putting our house on the market. They were great about helping with which products to apply and what to use to benefit for the move. They did a fabulous job and the carpets looked better than when we used a competitor previously. So when we moved into our new house, we hired them again. And again, amazing! The previous owners had pets and so do we, so needed to get the pet smell out so ours didn't have issues. Got all the spots out, pre-treated, and cleaned beautifully. Was very knowledgeable about the different pet issues with carpets and was even able to tell us where their dog spent most of their time. The carpets looked beautiful and was very happy with the service. Would definitely recommend using them!!
