Gary, our technician, did a very thorough job of cleaning the carpets and ceramic tile in the bathroom. I love the lemon scent used in the cleaning formula! I’ve used Zerorez on at least four occasions and have always been happy with the outcome.
No detergents! I really appreciated Mason! He was professional and very customer oriented. I give Mason a A+.

Very quick & efficient. Technician called to say he was ahead of schedule - was in & out before arrival window was even supposed to start! Explained everything & any concerns with carpet. Took great care of our house in the meantime, placing corner bumpers and making sure all pets were secure with front doors open. Would easily recommend to anyone! Will be using again.

The fact that my carpet is always spotless. I mean it is so clean and it’s like this every time I use them. I never have to worry about it not being clean or they missed a spot. They are always very professional very kind and they answer all questions that I have if I did have any questions. They are quick and efficient and it’s worth your money to go with your rest.

Zerorez did a great job on my home's carpeting. The level 1 cleaning did a great overall cleaning, then had Level 2 service on a few ugly pet stains drew out the grime & ick. Very pleased, wish I'd called sooner!
Courtney (sp?) was very helpful and informative. The carpet Feels so much better and it smells nice and clean. There are still many visible stains though. I do think it's a little pricey service, but I'd consider using again. But Courtney was excellence
