At the time I called to make an appointment, I appreciated your thoroughness in explaining the process, and the ease with which you rescheduled when the first date had to be changed. Mason called when he was on the way, arrived on time and took care to evaluate the job before starting, and answered all the questions I had while he was working. There were several areas that needed extra care, and even long-standing stains were gone when he was finished. The pretreatment solution smelled pleasantly of citrus, but now there is no lingering fragrance at all. I had thought this 12-year old carpet would need to be replaced before long, but it appears to have received a new lease on life. Thanks!
