The person who came to clean our carpets was wonderful but I do not think our carpets came out as clean as I had hoped. He did an excellent job explaining the process to me, and was very good at going over things. There seems to be a crunchy feeling in some areas. I opted for the deodorizer to be added but do not feel it made any difference.

We have a bulldog and the dog odor is annoying. We have a rug doctor with the special pet cleaner which helped, but it never really got rid of the smell. We were so amazed at how well the the Zerorez pet treatment removed the odor and left the carpet feeling soft and looking clean. We're kicking ourselves for not doing this sooner.
