The technical was on time and very helpful in determining what needed to be done to professionally clean our carpets. After he left and the carpet was drying a spot appeared and I notified Zerorez- no problem, they scheduled a technician to return to our home and touch up the spotted areas.

Zerorez was available when I needed them. I called and they were there the same week! A whole house clean was done on the flooring. 31 year old carpet looked like new, 11 year old carpet looked like it was just installed. They were able to remove stains we did not think we possible. I would highly recommend!
