I am extremely happy with our experience with Zerorez! The technician arrived early, which was great. He was very nice, explained the process, and was very efficient in getting everything done. I was nervous because our carpets were looking pretty bad, but all of the stains were removed. I am amazed at how good they look now! I will definitely be recommending to my family and friends.

I was impressed by our cleaner's conduct and care. He was very apologetic when showing up late. He explained the conflicts that arose to help ease my frustrations. My cleaner then quickly and thoroughly finished the job, leaving my carpets cleaner than they have been in years. My carpet smelled fresh, not musty, and dried within a day. The service was quick and simple. We had to reschedule a few time and Zerorez was more than willing to reschedule with the appropriate length of notice.
If I could rate them higher I would. We just purchased our dream home and come to find out, the previous owners attempted to get the carpets cleaned and it only masked the smell of all the dog pee for a month. So we had Zerorez out. We walked the house with them and he showed us everything that was on the carpet. He was so knowledgeable, you can tell he has done this a lot and I truly could tell he likes his job. Not only will I be recommending to everyone, I myself will be asking them to come out now a couple times a year.
