gets carpets cleaaner than other methods
Tyler was efficient, on time, and respectful of our home. He was professional In every way.
Tyler was exceptional. Very engaged, communicative, worked intentionally and thoroughly. While he struggled a bit with some dog urine spots, they sent Tyler back out to make another attempt and he willingly and diligently addressed the issue. The jury is still out on whether the stains will be fully removed but I’m not sure if a full solution can be remedied via cleaning. It may just need to be replaced. We’ll see. I will continue to use Zerorez and appreciate their scientific, detergent-free cleaning technology.
