I loved our whole experience of Zerorez! It was super easy to book online and I liked the options of the various time slots so that we weren't waiting around all day. I got the confirmation email and text message and the tech called 30 minutes prior to arriving so it was very easy to be prepared. Our tech (Luke) was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The clean itself was fast and efficient and it didn't smell like any harsh chemicals or fake smells. Our carpet looked and felt great afterwards, we will definitely be using them again!
Lucas did a great job on our kitchen tile and grout. He checks the floor first, then explained what he was going to do and went to work. His recommendation was to keep doing what we were doing. Lucas was very pleasant, answered our questions and even though he is a Vikings fan and not Packers, we recommend him 100%. Thank you so much Lucas for bringing our kitchen back to looking new.

Zerorez always does a magnificent job on our home. They clean our entire home including our carpet and tile. Always such a welcome to come home and feel so confident that it will smell and look great. We have grand children and large dogs, Zerorez makes a difference.
Timely and thorough.
The service technician was friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the Zerorez process and company. Our carpet is almost 14 years old and has some worn areas. It has been cleaned by other companies, but Zerorez seemed to do a better job of removing stains and even worn ares are not as noticeable. Overall we are pleased with results and will definitely use Zerorez again.

Jay did a fabulous job! He worked very hard to get out all the traffic stains and the carpet looks better than it has in years! I especially like that it comes with a 30 day guarantee because it stains wick back up...Jay said he would come back and redo that area! I would definitely recommend Zerorez!
Did a great job, always do. Always accommodate what I want done, give me good feedback about the actual health of the carpet if you will. How much life it has left etc. Timely, good communication and the technician was awesome. Friendly did great work and insured I was happy with the job before he left.
