This is our 3 time using Zerorez and have never been let down. The technician was friendly and tod ke what he was going to be doing. I had a coffee stain on my stairs and he spent a little extra time cleaning the spot, It's not a 100% gone but unless you knew it was there it would be hard to tell exactly what caused the stain. I truly appreciated the extra effort he put into getting that stained removed.

Fabulous always use you guys. It’s my 5th time. You keep my carpets lasting longer and cleaner with regular cleaning. Let’s not get me started on the cost. Your not the cheapest but your not the most expensive. But, as my daddy always said you get what you pay for which leave me puzzled because your results are that or better than the expensive companies. Plus your service people are so kind and courteous.
