Service was on time, service tech was very pleasant, carpets look great.

Well I wanted to wait for all rooms to dry before I offered a opinion.All rooms and stairs that we had cleaned looked great and carpet also felt great as well.Bonus points for not having any kind of fragrance additive odour post clean rooms just smelled fresh.

PS: we were the last call of the day for the operator and I could tell he was tired, but he still got the project done in good time and certainly worked hard.

I was, first of all, impressed be the demo showing the change in the water composition and the difference it would make to the cleaning process. Our technician was happy to thoroughly explain the cleaning steps and show me the results along the way. Attention to detail by protecting the corner walls from dings and a scrapes was good to see too. All carpet areas needing extra attention were treated carefully and upon drying none of the previous stains were visible any longer. It was very reassuring to know that no harsh chemicals were used, nor residues left behind.
