I used Zerorez after being referred to them by my sister. There was some confusion over quote vs actual invoice due to a miscommunication between the office and technician but I was happy with the actual cleaning as well as the friendly, prompt and professional service. However, there was an unrelated incident that happened about an hour after the technician left that required emergency personnel to have to come into the house and walk all over the freshly cleaned carpets with wet dirty boots, so the timing was just really unfortunate and I was unable to appreciate or give a review on the freshly clean carpets after they completely dried. That’s where the story would normally end and I would just have to accept it as one of those “life happens” moments. However, my sister happened to mention what happened to Kiima in a follow up call for another job at her own house and to my surprise Kiima followed up with me and offered to come back and touch up the soiled areas. This spoke volumes to me as this proves that not only do they stand behind their products/work but also they are truly a company that values going above and beyond providing a service to their clients. Thank you to Kiima and Josh for showing that there are still companies that shine well above others when it comes to providing a great customer experience!!! I look forward to using your services for many years to come.

Just did an amazing job cleaning my +30 year old sectional...brought the fabric back to life. Almost looks like a new piece of furniture. Dried quickly, no smell. This sectional had the unfortunate experience of being exposed to concrete dust during the house build and it is so nice to see that it has come clean without all those chemicals/soaps. I like the environmentally friendly "green" technology. Highly recommend and would do this again.

Loved that no chemicals are used and it’s deep cleaning carpet service that uses mainly water. It gets down real deep and removes the dirt, hair and lint engrained in the carpet.
