The professionalism, efficient communication, service as good as advertised

I got my ceramic floor tiles cleaned by Zerorez. The quality of work is excellent and the entire floor looks brand new now. All the dirt on the tiles just dissolved in minutes and the brushing machine removed all the dirt and everything was sucked out with a hose into their truck outside. Shane and Josh were nice to deal with and answered very clearly all questions that I had on the cleaning process. Will use Zerorez again and highly recommend.

The product had a nice citrus smell and the drying time was cut down to half as you do not soak the carpet to get it clean.
Joshua and Shane are a great team. They keep you informed and do a thorough job of cleaning. They do not push anything extra, and do explain the real benefits of additional product that my carpet required.
They both take pride and are very personable.
Shane explained how the online invoice system works and confirmed before leaving.
They both cleaned up and protected the wood on the stairs with cones.
