Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. My older carpet looks renewed and smells great. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. He went over all details of the service before he started .Customer service was excellent. Even the receptionist who took my call was really welcoming and told me about promotion which was going on when i called to booked my appointment and she gave to me the ongoing 1 bedroom free cleaning. I will definitely recommend zerorez and will use them again in the future.

Fantastic service! We had a rug with pet stains that we initially brought to another company and they didn't clean it thoroughly. Zerorez was able to completely eliminate the stains and smells at a very reasonable price.
