Except for a little shadow residue on a Coffee Stain on the carpet, and I believe you did not firmly applied your chemical mixture to the entire spill, the rest of the Room was done expertly.
The Stairs are renewed and bright.
Overall I am pleased with your effort, ethics and professionalism to your work and the method of your Company's patented Carpet cleaning which was not by a regular Steam Driven device.
You were punctual at my door as requested on the phone-call to your Company and started your work immediately in my home.

The odd way Zerorez goes about cleaning - seemingly soapless - struck me as counterintuitive. In our case we have a cat who has decided the Sofa is her little box, and the Urine smell was absolutely unliveable.

It's gone. Not reduced: gone.

The individual who did my sofa gave tips on how to keep the smell away after cleaning, and I haven't even had to use those tips.

The aftermath of cleaning did do something unusual: lt left the surface of the fabric dry and rough-feeling. I suspect cleaners and detergents contain ingredients which prevent that from happening, but after a week everything settled back down to a normal feeling of softness.

Smells 100% better, looks great, and the cleaner was a kind, polite, hard-working person. Well done Zeroez. We'll probably hire you for our move-out carpet cleaning in August.
