I am thoroughly grateful on how clean my kitchen and bath ceramic floor tiles became after Joshua at Zerorez professionally cleaned them. The tiles had little concave grooves in it and the grooves were totally black. The grout was black as well. When I bought my condo, people thought that was its natural colour. But I could scrape the black out and knew better. I tried scrubbing with several products with several store products and it would get somewhat cleaner but definitely seriously dirty, leaving my feet sticky and dirty. I seriously thought I may need to replace the floor.

Joshua was persistant in trying several passes with the zerorez machines and products which took "many" hours. He even scrubbed on this hands and knees with the equipment persistantly trying to get it clean. To my amazement they are finally clean! I am so grateful for Joshua's hard work. Thank you Josh and Zerorez!

He then cleaned the granite and sealed it. I did it with products for granite and there is no comparison to the end results done by Josh. The granite no longer had some gritty smoothnes and shined more. My carpets got cleaned too, thoroughly removing any embedded hair not visable to the eyes.

If this website allowed pictures, I would upload before and after pictures which are amazing!
I have no hesitation in recommending Zerorez and Joshua! Forever I will get them to do my tile, counter and carpet cleaning. So encouraged with my new clean home. Thanks again.

Rugs cleaning superb !!

I had a great experience with Zerorez. They provided me a fair quote for the random pieces of my house and some rugs that needed cleaning! Everything looks and smells great and it feels clean. Pricing was fair (trust me, I did a lot of research and got many other quotes from 5 star companies). I like the environmentally friendly approach too! Only thing I wish is that we can pay by credit card (mostly because I want the points!!) but not a big deal. The tech was really friendly and professional too. All around a good way to spend money!
