Wonderful service, at my house within 15 min, excellent cleaning, no odor remaining at all, and a smile from Josh, the technician. I would not hesitate to use them again. However, the office failed to mention the enviromental surcharge, despite being informed ahead of time about the nature of the stain. This could have been handled better.
