The team was amazing- very friendly and accommodating to our needs and booking times. We had our carpet cleaned and the results were amazing. We have 3 kids and a dog, and while the carpet is white it had a lot of stains and dirt and after the technician cleaned it and the carpet was dry - it looked like new.

Josh was on time and explained the process and what he was going to do. He did a thorough job and was finished in a reasonable time.

What can I say about Zerorez? I can't say enough good things about the customer service and the Company but most of all the most impressive is the results!! My old dirty carpets were rejuvenated! We have only had professional carpet people do our carpets, in the past, and Zerorez outperformed all of them. I will be spreading the word about my experience and as an added pleasure and surprise Zerorez used corner bumpers to protect my corner walls...this I have never seen before and it is a little thing like this that shows how much Zerorez cares!!! Thank you Joshua, Cary and Todd, you were outstanding from my initial phone call to you, to my farewell at the door.
