Besides the technician being very respectful and helpful, my carpet has never been this clean in years. The drying time on the sofa was within a few hours and the carpet almost by the end of the day.

But there's one thing I'd like remedied. In a part of the carpet that was really stubborn of stains, there are now streaks made where the machine went over it. We were very pleased with this new method of cleaning our carpets. The brush system that pulls stuff out of the carpet before the actual cleaning was rather frightening. Josh did a fantastic job, would highly recommend the company.
