Ernest was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was patient and answered all our questions. He let us ride the bikes to see what they were like which was a big help. He even installed the new bike rack on my truck and loaded the bikes on it while explaining how all the features of the rack worked. You couldn't ask for better service.

I didn’t catch the workers name but he was EXCELLENT! He spent a full hour with us letting us test drive the bikes and answering all of our questions. Was really a very easy and stress free experience buying a bike. I called ahead to ensure they had the bike we wanted to see. When we get there, they had it readily available and let us test the bike out. They also provided a quick tutorial on how certain things work on the bike to ensure we weren't going to have any problems when we got home. Very welcoming!
