Excellent Customer Service. I needed a bike rack add on kit to make my 2 bike, bike rack a 4 bike, bike rack. My Hollywood bike rack is over 10 years old. They are one of the only shops that had one in their inventory. But their website said pick up only. I live in MD and they are in NY. They agreed to mail it. I am so grateful! First name removed

The service is amazing! He answered all of our questions. And each of the bikes were fit and adjusted perfectly to our liking before we left the store.
Top notch service! When picking up my new bike, Ernest made all the adjustments to make sure it fit me correctly. Then placed it on the stand and showed me how all the gears worked, how to inflate the tires, and how to maintenance it. He also installed the accessories for me. I cannot say enough about the assistance I recieved! They also have a full store for all your billing needs. I highly recommend Martin's!
They reconditioned a yard sale purchase. Turned a $15. Bike into a $115 bicycle. It was done when they said it would be an at the price they said it would cost.

The staff spent a great deal of time thoroughly going over every detail of the bike I purchased and answered all my questions. After the bike was all prepped and ready, they set it up and allowed me to try it out. They helped me with accessories and answering questions and explaining all the different accessories.
I would definitely recommend this bike shop.

Great service every time! I was in yesterday and after discussing elected not to invest further in my old mountain bike. We discussed new hybrids and leaned toward the Dual Sport 4 but unfortunately non available at Martins now or in near future. Using the information I acquired from Martins I did find one at Bert's in Rochester and purchased. I will be bringing it to Martin's for all my service needs along with bringing my road bike there as well. Thanks!
Great Service and great to deal with
Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. I brought my bike in for a tune up and everything was completed on the day it was promised. I was called to review what was being done and a given the option to do a few upgrades while they were working on the bike. Feels like a brand new bike.
