When I first came to this office, I stopped by to meet the staff. Have always found that if there is a great staff, the doctor was usually great too. Y'all are helpful and answer any messages sent or refills needed without any problems. Thorough and friendly.

The office staff was very friendly and courteous, and Dr. Shah is great! He listened appropriately, put orders in that needed to be put in, and allowed me to pick the doctors that I want referrals for. We also had a lovely conversation about things that he is unfamiliar with in trans healthcare.

Front office staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Medical team is amazing. My doctor is very good, she took time to listen and to hear me. I'll be going back. I finally found a quality primary care physician!

Dr. Joseph is a great primary care doctor scheduling lads and discussing my health care needs. She takes as much time is needed for a complete appointment on a regular basis. I would recommend her to anybody.
