The warmth, friendliness and camaraderie that was apparent in the outer office as well as the attention and help they gave me as a walk- in! Impressive!
Re my actual appointment, I appreciated that Dr. Alvarado sat nearby, had good eye contact, listened intently, asked questions, used her phone to record and missed nothing in the follow up report , which, btw, was done by the next day!
As a new patient, I’m more than pleased!
