What do you like about our office?

Everyone is friendly and personable. As I have said before, I went to the office to meet the staff before I ever made an appointment. Great staffing is the first indication of a doctor's perspective.
Thet are efficient and helpful. Tremendous follow up. Dr Joseph is extremely knowledgeable, great communicator and listener, and responsive to my concerns.

The only thing that could be improved is for Baptist to allow the physician to have more time with the patient.

Thanks to everyone who is always there to assist me when I need something to care for my medical health.

Everyone was friendly, from the receptionists to the doctor and nurse. I had no.wait time and they took my needs into consideration in every was possible. I would absolutely recommend this office and Dr.Alvarado.

Everyone from the front desk to Medical Assistant is professional, pleasant, Dr.Joseph provided excellent care, listened and addressed all my concerns at my age 69 it is important to me to have doctors I know are going to take care of me. This office is the best.

Warm and very friendly. They did a through intact as I am a new patient. The physician I was very knowledgeable of medications I take. She changed very little waiting on blood work. She made notes for me to carry home. We had questions written to ask and she was very patient answering them. She on the same day got me in touch with the behavior clinic and I have already made an appointment. I would definitely give this group of people a 10.

What do you like about our office?

There is virtually no wait time with an appointment. The tablets allow you to keep your medication and health habits updated, the staff is professional and welcoming and as much as I enjoyed my former doctor, I really appreciate the approach that Dr. Joseph takes. All my records from to various doctors across the Baptist platform are maintained in a central chart database, and are easy to access by my doctor and myself. I feel I’m in excellent hands here.
