I am upset over the prebuilt service agreement. I was billed and paid for plan c and then paid my prebuilt in full. After I paid everything, I got a phone call saying you are no longer doing plan c, knocked me back to plan a and gave me an $85 credit and was told you are no longer doing service after end of the year. I would have liked to have known about this before I paid. I have been a good customer for many years and don’t understand this lack of communication. Very unhappy.
