Hello, , Always in time for delivery, almost out, and just like that, there they were. Changed over from coal 3 years ago, and it is so nice to just hit the thermostat and warm the house up. Much easier than shoveling and removing the ash.

Very responsive to our needs for a propane refill on short notice on a Saturday. Delivery man was courteous and helpful.

I think natural gas heat could be a plus. Also most people prefer cooking with gas.

The office is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The man that delivered the propane explained that my particular tank will only read 72% when full. In doing so, a potential call to the office was avoided. He also thanked me for clearing a path for him. Being proactive and polite defines excellent service.
