Very responsive to our needs for a propane refill on short notice on a Saturday. Delivery man was courteous and helpful.
All reps and driver were extremely helpful when I unexpectedly ran out of propane. Their willingness to help and do all they could is greatly appreciated, and makes me know I have the right company dealing with my propane.

I think natural gas heat could be a plus. Also most people prefer cooking with gas.

The office is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. The man that delivered the propane explained that my particular tank will only read 72% when full. In doing so, a potential call to the office was avoided. He also thanked me for clearing a path for him. Being proactive and polite defines excellent service.
