Thank goodness I haven't needed to call many times for service but when I have service has been very prompt. I have spoken to the receptionist and the woman in billing and plans, sorry I don't remember their names. Their customer service, giving clear explanations and following up if necessary, exceptional!

Technician completing the safety test was knowledgeable and friendly. So was the driver that delivered the propane and the ladies answering their phones.
Dean of Eastern Propane is very professional, he came to ensure the gas is running for all of my fireplaces. He explained to me patiently the technicality as to how they work and why some don't work and even left me with where to call for fireplace services.
