We had a tank that was leaking gas on a Sunday. The repairman came out fairly quickly, & was very nice. He explained what was going on, & what needed to be done, which was replace the gas tank. He told me how to follow up with the work order. It took a couple of days for them to come back, but it was the same technician, & again very professional, polite, as were the other two men with him. All is good.

I have 2 propane tanks for my pool. I love that they automatically fill them every 5th of the month during the summer. I never have to worry about running out of propane. The previous company I had (suburban propane) UGH! they were trrrible. I would wait weeks to have them fill my tanks. They were very nasty office people. I finally had the tanks removed and had EASTERN Propane put 2 new ones in. Your office people are great, so are your delivery guys. What nice people! Sooooo happy!!!!!
