I have been with Eastern Propane for over 35 years! There are so my propane companies with gimmicks to attract new customers but I have stayed with Eastern because they are comparable in their prices and I know the service I’m getting is excellent! That’s why I have been a loyal customer for 35 years!

At the beginning of our home renovation we stopped delivery until further notice. Our delivery technician spoke with me on that final delivery and wished us well. Nice personal touch. Months later I called the main office to restart delivery. A few days later, our tech called personally to confirm it so that there was no misunderstanding and unexpected bill. Even as they grow, they are still working for YOU, the customer. We are grateful.

Service has been very efficient and people have been fantastically responsive.
Customer service is polite and friendly. She went out of her way to ensure our propane was delivered on a Friday before a long weekend. Delivery man took the time to explain how propane tanks work and that we were not out of propane.

Local and easy to get in touch with
First off, an actual person answered the phone. Then, the person was super nice and helpful! When I shared with her that we suspected we smelled gas in the house she actually acted concerned and said she would get someone out as soon as possible. A technician showed up right away, diagnosed the problem and went over next steps. Service was impeccable and I would highly recommend this team. Was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time.

The service that I received was terrific .... Everyone is so nice and pleasant to speak with and answered all of our concerns and questions - The 2 gentlemen that came to my home to put the tanks in were wonderful - so professional and informative.
I like the automatic delivery and the budget program. I am a little surprised you charge a maintenance fee on the tank as you don't do any maintenance. I am also surprised that the price of propane skyrockets during the winter months. It was a dollar increase per gallon from the time I received it last time until this time.
My other issue is when I phoned your facility I was unable to get through to a person. It told me to wait and no one ever came on the phone and it was during regular hours.
