Hi , I have been using Eastern Propane since 1980 when I believe it was a small family run business . Always have been pleased with their service . Since 1986 I have been paying rental fees for an underground tank which I’m sure has already paid for the tank . Nothing can be done about that except to come and remove the tank and leave a huge hole in my yard . REALLY !!!!! So I don’t have much of a choice but to use your company . As a longtime customer you should drop those fees .
I initially gave a lower grade which triggered a client service contact. The customer representative who reached out to me showed willingness to listen and do her best to make things right.
She called me back later that same day with a solution to my issue.

The delivery was made while my tank had a reasonable amount of fuel left. This takes away the worry that there will not be enough for my generator which requires a 30% minimum to run properly. I've needed it several times recently. Also I don't think it will be too long before our first "real snow" and I have a very long driveway that would need to be plowed before the delivery truck could get in. I am no longer able to clear the driveway on my own and I can't control the plow man's schedule. Please keep up the good work.
