As a first time nervous propane customer you have been very reassuring and responsive to my questions and completed a safety check. You also kept your promised rate for my first fill - despite having to have two visits. This was greatly appreciated; when I rented I had no idea the tank was empty when I moved into my new home.

Service is consistent. In 18 years, have never run out of gas. Account history and bill pay online is easy. Of course, I'd like to see lower prices for propane, but the market is what it is.
