Wonderful service every time I call for customer service they are so helpful and nice!!!
Customer service is always there to help with your needs.
The use is for a summer place, so I don't go there much of the year. I leave the heat on low and cannot run out of gas or the furnace will need to be restarted. I like the automatic delivery and the ability to check tank fill status.
delivery's are very prompt. driver's are friendly, careful, courteous, and knowledgeable. the office personal are friendly and polite. prices are completive, but can be better.

I have been a customer for awhile and only use the fuel for my stove so its nice to know they figure out when ill need a delivery as my tanks do not have gauges as due to their size . Its nice to know i can access my account details online so i can monitor when i will likely get a delivery .

The person on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She said someone would come by the end of the week to fill our tank. The next day we had a delivery. The driver spoke to my husband and was very friendly and knowledgeable.
