Since becoming a customer due to the fact I moved into a new home and it’s all propane never a propane customer in the past - the company has been very patient and educated me on propane services. My tank was filled recently, I got home late evening and I always take a pic of gauge (inground) tank and when I opened the lid - it smelled like propane. I called and was told what to do. Then a call from service guy and at 10 pm at no charge they came and check my tank and helped me re start my hot water tank and furnace! So professional and dedicated to safety and customer. Very pleased with their service.

I like that I had called and explained I ran out of propane and the representative I spoke to(I am sorry I do not remember the name) was great. She managed to schedule a delivery for that same day to me and explained the process. I did not meet with the delivery tech, but I was told he was very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you !
