Unlike my former propane supplier, i was able to speak with an actual “Person” everytime I called versus computers, long wait times and very very delayed callbacks from (Amerigas). The office staff, field supervisor and install crew were top notch . Eastern’s pricing was outstanding and fair and the senior citizen discount was a welcome surprise. I received my first delivery today. Everyone was fabulous Scottwilliams who came out to do. The initial field review was so helpful. The technicians were so nice. I'm looking forward to cooking and enjoying Propane no more electric.
