We’re pleased with everyone we’ve met or talked to. Always helpful despite the big company takeover some years ago. The app however which used to be simple & useful is NOT useful with its last few updates. Up front I want to see how much propane is in our tank(s). And where to ask for a fill-up. And it should be easier to get the tanks topped off for people who live in problematical places.

Everyone was helpful when we ran out of propane. The ladies I spoke with were wonderful and very professional. The delivery guy was at my house within a half hour. I was not aware someone had to be home good an inspection and they were able to have another tech come and meet me at 4pm to unlock and test my system. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond.

Michelle reacted quickly and kept me in the loop as to the status and when the problem would be resolved.
