I’ve been a customer for 28 years and can honestly say that I have never had an issue with my service or with the customer service team!!!
I talked to a very helpful employee about needing a top up on my propane used for an emergency generator. Superior tries to wait until tanks are far lower than ours but this nice woman made it happen for us since we’ll be traveling and need to know the generator can keep running in a major power loss. The phone app is also useful to keep track of propane levels and pay invoices.
Very happy with your quick response in getting our account set up and propane to our tanks.
