I appreciate how helpful your technicians are in answering my questions. This apartments carpeting had some extra stains in it, I was worried the carpet would have to be replaced. The tech checked into it and reassured me it could be saved. He added a special extra treatment and it looks and smells amazing. Thank you for your service.

Service was good. However, the employee needed to return the next morning for a deeper cleaning and water extraction to remove soil from a recently spilled chocolate protein drink. It was the initial reason we had the carpet cleaned. We were charged $30 for this. We had agreed to a 3 room special but only wanted the master bedroom & great room cleaned. However, we added the master closet and were charged an additional $20, when I believe it should have qualified for the 3rd room. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the service and will probably use Zerorez again in the future.
