There was an issue with my design, Katie emailed me and called me to discuss the options she emailed me to fix those issues. She was very kind and professional. She gave examples and input on what would help fix issues with my design. She was quick in response after we selected a solution so that I was able to approve the design fixes and get our designs out to production.
I’m not very tech savy and it was pretty easy to order my VBS Banner. I will definitely order again when I need a banner
Bridget was kind enough to call and explain to me the issues with my design and what it would take to remedy the situation. She came with answers ready for my questions and solutions. Easy to work with and explained all processes including payment methods. To top it off a nice hand written card was sent to me thanking me for my business. A real old school touch that I appreciated very much. If the quality of their service is a direct reflection of the quality of there product. I expect that to be a perfect 10 product!

The whole experience was great. My order was very large (74 banners), and you guys got back to me quickly and I was able to communicate with a representative to make sure it went well. We had to pay with two checks because of school stuff, and that was no problem. Once you guys had the checks the order was processed and shipped incredibly fast, and the banners look great.
