What I needed is somewhat customized, so had to deal with sales team. This was not my first time ordering, so emailed Katie and she was great. The website did not allow me to place my order without using one of the staff.

The decal looks great! I was surprised with using an on-line company like this that they contacted me and let me know that the size I selected wouldn't look right and should be changed. They actually went smaller, saving me money & the hassle of having to get a new one. Thanks so much to Emma for her great work! It looks perfect!

Customer service was good but there is no indication of what the parameters are for images, so, I had to work with a rep.
