I really loved the excellent customer service! I got a phone call fairly quickly after I submitted my order to go over it with me, and the rep knew exactly what needed to be done to get my art ready for production. I had to make two very small revisions after the proofs were sent, and it was no problem for him to fix them. I was surprised at how fast the process was. I haven't received my 8 banners yet, but I feel confident that they're going to look awesome in our school auditorium!

The ordering instructions were clear and concise. As this was my first time ordering such a product. I had to research a few terms to understand the options, but they made it easy. Even better, when they started to process my order, they had questions about my special instructions. A very nice person called me and discussed my specific needs, ensuring they understood what I wanted. The proof copy they sent exactly matched my request. I am anxiously awaiting my order's arrival. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
