Great Customer Service! I had (what I thought was) a tough request and within 1 day I got a phone call, talked to someone about what I wanted. A day later I saw a proof in my email, modified slightly, and ordered it. Quality was great, thick decal that applied well. Couldn't be happier!

From start to finish, Bridget was super helpful In explaining how to make my decal turn out as good as possible. She was very communicative throughout the process, sending proofs and getting in touch with me via phone call as soon as she had a concern about my decal. I know pretty much nothing about stickers and decals, but after my phone conversation with Bridget I knew it was going to turn out exactly as I wanted and fully trusted the plan we came up with.

Even after my decals were delivered, I received a hand written thank you card in the mail from Bridget which truly met a lot.

My family and I own a business and I think one thing you rarely find in a company is top tier customer service and actual nice people who just want to help. Decals.com and Bridget really proved there are still amazing companies out there that put their customers first, are well organized and detailed oriented. It really stands out!

I appreciate all the work you do and me and my family were super impressed with everything! You guys have a great thing going, so keep it up! We will definitely be using decals.com again soon!

The pricing was beyond reasonable too.

Joe was great to work with! He called me to let me know that some graphics would be blurry and gave me the opportunity to fix that, while also looking to see if he could find less blurry graphics. Then he rushed our order so it can arrive for when we needed it. The banner looked great!
