Design is easy. I think customer service is great but could improve with more phone calls and less emails. Details are sometimes hard to convey through text and a quick phone call would be great.

Jenifer was very helpful with the ordering process. The website is not very straightforward. It looks like there are a dozen ways to order the same sticker and it is unclear if it would give the same result.

First, the customer service. Liz was amazing. Very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. She walked me through the entire process and made sure to answer all of my questions and make recommendations based on my input. She provided options, not obstacles. The hand-written thank you card was a nice touch. And this wasn't a huge project either. If that is the kind of service that someone gets with a $130 order, imagine how they will take care of you for a much bigger project.

Second, the product. Great job. The art design team was able to quickly make adjustments and ensure that the image would be able to be printed with superior quality. Thank you so much for doing that! The decal arrived within the estimated delivery date and the quality of the decal seems like it will last.

Last, I want to personally extend my gratitude to the entire team (as this was an anniversary present for my parents) and I look forward to bringing more projects to you in the future.
