It was very easy to make my own custom banner. Although after receiving it, I wish I would have a larger, thicker font for some of the topic lines. It wasn't easy searching through all of the fonts, especially when you have to start from the top of the selections each time. But I'm pretty satisfied with the banner and the quality of the vinyl and finish. Great banner!

The pricing was good, I like the website interface and I received the product in a timely fashion. I would like to receive an email when my product has shipped and a tracking number would be fantastic. I was tracking my order but once it got to shipping I was left unsure if my product had actually shipped. Being a first time user a final email that it shipped would have been great.
