So this was my first banner getting printed and its for a special event so I wanted it to turn out the first time so I spent the couple of extra dollars to have them review how it looked and send me a proof to review. They contacted me with a couple of recommended changes which were easily made and it turned out perfect.

The customer service was exceptional. Once the order was submitted, a rep reached out with the proof and asked if any questions or changes were needed. We talked through a couple of things and she even caught an error on my part. I would recommend them based on this alone!
