very easy to usethe website. i like getting a proof sent to me for approval before production. I would suggest that the colors be easily matched by having pantone or someting numbers correlating witht the colors used. That way you can use the same colors from previous orders if necessary

I placed an order for my place of work, Caledonia Area Elementary School in Caledonia MN, and had to ensure the order was tax exempt. To do so I needed to work through customer service, and was dreading the experience.

Loved the quick service, and very nice quality banner. Setting up my design on the website was a little frustrating, as i couldn't find an option to save my design before I was ready to order, or to edit it after I was done , but before I entered payment. Overall, though, I was pleased with my order and thought the price was very reasonable.

Honestly I did not find the website to be super user friendly but your customer service is great. I had a good experience with a rep and she helped me tweak my design and order via email with her.
I forgot to order a banner for an event we were having. A friend recommended I order it here. I submitted my order Monday for an event Thursday evening. I didn’t expect much due to the time crunch. It was here Thursday afternoon and it was beautiful. It was exactly what I ordered and arrived right on time. I highly recommend!!
I would give you guys a 10 but we had a disconnect somewhere and it took some effort on my part to reestablish that connection.
