The ordering was simple, but understanding which background, etc was confusing to me. You rep called me to verify exactly what I wanted to achieve. That was great.

I talked to Kaylee first and she seemed unprepared for my high level of specificity. Unfortunately she dropped the ball and didn't send out the color-matching-proof that I requested. Later I talked to Cassie and she made me feel like an executive. We discussed the different options and she laid out the timeline so I knew what to expect.
