Holy cow! I don’t even know where to start, I ordered a decal for a wall in my small business’ new office space, not having the slightest clue about vinyl cutting terms or specs. I got a call the very next day from Katie and she walked me through the details and took the time to explain the process to me in a way I could understand. As if the customer service and support wasn’t enough, the product showed up in an incredibly timely manner and far exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to continuing to do business in the future and will certainly recommend. My rep was extremely responsive and was able to correctly translate my graphic to a transfer cut sticker (haven’t received it yet by the proof looked great). Hopefully the quality is worth the premium. Will probably be using them again.
