I love my stylist!
Grace is such a great hairstylist! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my highlights and cut, plus she is one of the most genuinely kind people I’ve met in awhile. The space is beautiful and the employees seem happy to be there.
Ally, at the front desk, is always so welcoming, kind, and helpful. She makes sure you have everything you need. Madison is a brilliant stylist with extensive knowledge of color and cut. She is not only professional but also caring, friendly, accommodating and experienced. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Maya was amazing! I've received so many compliments on my hair so far. I am so obsessed with how she did a live-in blonde that looks good from every angle. I'm glad to start my healthy hair journey with less bleach and I'm glad I have a hairstylist like Maya to help me through it!

The friendly, competent attentiveness of the staff from the front desk to the hairdresser is so welcoming. Lauren, my hairdresser, is very knowledgeable of curly hair like mine and her explanations of why my hair does what it does and how to counterbalance its tendencies to get wild and poufy translated into practical actions that both she and I could take to define my hairstyle in a more manageable and attractive way. I enjoy having my hair cut at the Balance Salon. My stylist, Lauren, does an outstanding job cutting and styling my hair. She always takes the time to talk to me about any concerns I may have had since my last appointment with her. The staff at the salon are very friendly and always greet me when I come in and leave. I strongly recommend the services.

It's such a good vibe everytime I go, everyone is so nice Kristina does a wonderful job each time! I trust her with my hair sense I have curly hair and I've had bad experiences at other places, but she gets it right and knows what's best for my hair. Never had any complaints or issues.
